“Lawyers” means barristers and solicitors, licenced and in good standing to practise law, who provide legal services to Users through, in whole or in part, using our Service. Lawyers are not employees or agents of RegFollower. Please note that “lawyers” are included within the definition of “user”, “you” and “your”.
The “Service” means all of the services provided by RegFollower, including but not limited to all Content, services and products available through the Website. RegFollower is not a law firm, and all forms of legal advice or legal services are explicitly excluded from the Service.
The “User,” “You” and “Your” refer to the person, company or organization that has visited or is using our Website and/or our Service, and includes lawyers accessing the website.

RegFollower provides an online platform to connect Users to Lawyers and to assist them in working together. Our role is limited to facilitating the interaction of Lawyers with Users by providing communication tools. RegFollower is not offering legal services or legal representation and does not offer any legal advice, legal opinions, recommendations, referrals or counseling.
RegFollower is not a law firm and does not provide Legal Services. Through articles, videos, opinions, and other content on the Website, RegFollower may provide general information about legal requirements and procedures. All such information is general in nature. RegFollower does not make any direct assessment of your legal issues, needs or requirements.
At no point may RegFollower be held liable for the actions or omissions of any Lawyer acting for a User. We make no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to a Lawyer’s professional qualifications, expertise, or quality of work. RegFollower does not make any warranty, guarantee or representation as to the legal ability, competence, quality or qualification of a Lawyer. Lawyers provide legal services in the capacity they are licenced to carry on a legal practice, not as employees, agents, or representatives of RegFollower.
Fees for legal services are not shared between Lawyers and RegFollower.
No solicitor-client relationship is created by using the Website or Service or by using the Content found on the Website, including, but not limited to, links to other websites or any assistance we may provide to help you find an appropriate legal professional. Any communication provided to RegFollower, or any third party whose service is offered in connection with the Website, may not be held confidential and is not subject to solicitor-client privilege.
By using RegFollower’s Website and/or Service, you agree that your legal remedies are limited to claims against the Lawyer, or any other third parties who caused you harm.
You agree to defend, indemnify and save harmless RegFollower Technological Services Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and agents from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, loss, liability or expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees, alleged or resulting from your use or misuse of our Website or your breach of any of these terms & conditions.
While using our Website, you are responsible at all times for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
If you have a dispute with one or more Users or Lawyers, you release RegFollower from claims, causes of action, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature whatsoever, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
You expressly acknowledge that RegFollower Technological Services Inc. has entered into this agreement, and will make our Website available to you, in reliance upon the limitations and exclusions of liability and the disclaimers set forth herein. You expressly agree that the limitations and exclusions of liability and the disclaimers set forth herein shall survive, and continue to apply indefinitely, notwithstanding a fundamental breach or termination of these terms & conditions.
Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms & conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. No waiver of any provisions of these terms & conditions shall be deemed to be a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, nor shall any waiver be binding on us unless agreed to by us in writing.

You are ultimately responsible for choosing and retaining the Lawyer; and Your selection of a Lawyer is not a guarantee that you will be able to work with such Lawyer and no solicitor-client relationship is formed with a Lawyer until an engagement letter is executed by both the Lawyer and the User.
By accessing the Website, you represent and warrant that if you are an individual, you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or, if you are accessing the Service or Website on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to enter into, and bind the entity to a binding contract.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the authority to bind yourself to the Agreement; (ii) your use of the Service will be solely for purposes that are permitted by this Agreement; (iii) your use of the Service will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party; and (iv) your use of the Service will comply with all local, provincial and federal laws, rules and regulations, and with all other RegFollower policies.

Lawyers must comply with any and all rules or laws governing the practice of law in their jurisdiction.
Lawyers understand and agree that a potential conflict of interest risk may arise through their use of the Service or Website, in which case they shall be required to disqualify themselves pursuant to the Rules of Professional Conduct in their jurisdiction.
Lawyers agree that they shall provide accurate information as to their identity and shall adhere to this Agreement.

Any time that a Lawyer is no longer licensed to practice law, the Lawyer shall immediately cease usage of the Website and the Service and must immediately notify RegFollower.
Lawyers are solely responsible for ensuring that any communications they may have with clients or prospective clients through the Website or Service fully comply with all applicable laws and Rules of Professional Conduct, including those concerning the unauthorized practice of law and those regulating the form, manner or content of communications with clients or other matters.
RegFollower is not a party to User-Lawyer contracts.
Users may contract with Lawyers through the acceptance of the Lawyer’s engagement agreement. Such contracts are solely between the User and the Lawyer. RegFollower will not be a party to any contracts between Users and Lawyers.
No legal fees are split or shared between Lawyers and RegFollower.
There may be content from third parties on the Website, such as Lawyer profiles, blog posts, and links to other websites. We are not responsible for that content, nor do we endorse such consent.
This Agreement does not authorize you to distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, make available, alter or otherwise use any Third Party Content except as permitted by RegFollower’ terms and conditions.
Our website may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the contents on such third party websites. We are not responsible for the content of linked third party websites and do not make any representation regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party websites. If you choose to access any linked third party websites, you do so at your own risk.
RegFollower respects others’ intellectual property rights and asks our Users and Lawyers to do the same. We may terminate a User’s or Lawyer’s access to the Website if we determine that the User or Lawyer infringes on others’ copyrights or other intellectual property (including RegFollower’s rights).
RegFollower retains all ownership of our intellectual property, including our copyrights, patents and trademarks.
RegFollower retains ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to the Website and Service, including applicable copyrights, patents, trademarks and other proprietary rights.
Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and the Service may be the trademarks of third parties. The Agreement does not transfer from us to you any RegFollower or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain solely with us or with such third party, respectively. RegFollower, www.RegFollower.com, and all other identifying marks, proprietary marks, or trademarks that appear, are displayed or are used on the Website or as part of the Service are registered or common law trademarks or service marks of RegFollower Technological Services Inc. These marks may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified or distributed in any way without prior written permission from RegFollower.
We use email and electronic means to stay in touch with our Users and Lawyers.
For contractual purposes, you (i) consent to receive communications from RegFollower in an electronic form via the email address you have submitted or via the Service; and (ii) agree that the Agreements, including all Terms of Use, agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that RegFollower provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing.
You may cancel this Agreement at any time. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using RegFollower.
RegFollower may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with our without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately for any reason deemed appropriate in our sole discretion.
RegFollower provides the Website, the Content and the Service “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no express or implied warranties or guarantees about the Service. You as a user or lawyer expressly understand and agree that in no event shall RegFollower Technological Services Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries, be liable to you for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether RegFollower Technological Services Inc. had been advised of, or could have foreseen, the possibility of such damages.
We will not be liable for damages or losses arising from your use of the Service or arising under this agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will RegFollower be liable to you for any loss of profits, use, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, however arising, that result from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) the Service generally or the software or systems that make the Service available; or (iii) any other interactions with RegFollower, any Lawyer or any other User of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, and whether or not RegFollower has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth in this Agreement is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
RegFollower will have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control.
RegFollower reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments.
Upon any changes in these Terms of Use, we will post the amended agreement on the Website.
Your continued use of the Website and/or the Service following such notification shall constitute your affirmative acknowledgement of the Terms of Use, the modification and agreement to abide and be bound by the Terms of Use, as amended. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement, including the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, without RegFollower’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you is void.
The headings, captions and summaries in this Agreement are for convenience only and in no way define or describe the scope or content of any provision of this Agreement.
